Customer cases – Itella
Since spring, Itella has built a new partner model between itself and its supplier organizations. In the Innovation Partner network, different technology providers are doing innovation co-operation. The intention is to develop new services for Itella based on the technology and know-how of the supplier. Cooperation will at the same time create both new business and competitive advantage.
Particularly SME and startup companies were sought as partners for Itella’s strategically important technology areas. Itella gets new ideas for development of its business and can be their first applier. When bureaucracy with the supplier is minimized, various assignments can be implemented flexibly and quickly.
